Stock and custom work
Eligibility may differ for an available loose stone, a stone sourced to a brief, a matched parcel, or jewelry made to specification. Processing, inspection, cutting, setting, engraving or other custom work can affect whether a change, cancellation or return is possible.
Inspection and discrepancies
The written order should state the inspection window and the evidence needed if an item appears inconsistent with the confirmed specifications or arrives damaged. Keep the packaging, report and shipping records while the issue is reviewed.
Existing orders
Contact us promptly with the order reference and a concise description of the requested change or issue. We will compare the request with the written order terms before confirming the available next step. Do not return an item without written routing instructions.
